Hi! If you haven’t already guessed I’m Allison. For as long as I can remember my first love has always been movies! If I had to guess I would say that it first started when I was in preschool and saw The Lion King. Ever since then I have been hooked on movies! My goal for this blog is to center content around past or present movies and give reviews and recommendations on which ones are worth seeing. I am a big fan of specific genres such as action and science fiction. If you are looking for a good movie to go see my blog is the place for you!

I try to always stay in the loop with current movies, especially ones that are predicted to make box office history, like Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. Even if this means staying up until 5:00 a.m to buy tickets ( I had to do this to buy tickets to see Avengers: Endgame) I will do it.

I try to follow movie actors along with directors in order to stay current on what movies look interesting to see, as well as what movies I should keep my eye out for in the future. Some of the top male actors that I follow on Instagram include Will Smith, Michael B. Jordan, Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Dwayne Johnson, among others.

Female actors that I currently follow include Tessa Thompson, Zoe Saldana, Melissa McCarthy, Viola Davis, Gal Gadot. Current directors I follow include Ridley Scott, Ryan Coogler, Spike Lee, Ava DuVernay, Jordan Peele, among others.

There are many other directors and actors that I either follow or keep tabs with. The ones I have named either have movies that have just come out, or are projected to come out, in the following months to come.

As we advance farther into 2020 I plan on posting about numerous movies that are out and which ones are worth seeing! until then here is a video on some of the top movies I will be keeping my eye on this year!
